Does Natural stone need to be sealed? If so, how often?

Yes, natural stone does need to be sealed in order to protect it from staining of foods/liquid spillages. Euro Marble provides this service with every project prior to installation. Sealers would need to be applied every 1-3 years however this largely depends on the type of sealer used as well as how much use the kitchen gets. Kitchens with less traffic and use can afford to withstand longer periods without requiring another seal.
