How do I care for my new fireplace?
For basic cleaning, soap, and water work best. A magic eraser will remove most scuff marks. To add shine to our product, you can apply Mop and Glo acrylic/sealer.
In the event of an accidental chip or crack, repairs can be made with ease. We are happy to schedule a free repair for products under the one-year warranty, and for a nominal fee, we stand by all other products for their lifetime.
